Washing, drying, and block compression run continuously for our own production. All three are offered as standalone services, independent of buying our material.
If you hold high EC cocopeat that needs washing down to hydroponic grade, or loose material that needs compressing for export, we can process it to your specification. The port of loading is Tanjung Perak, Surabaya, approximately 50 km from our Sidoarjo facility.

High EC → Low EC
Multi-stage washing process reduces EC (electrical conductivity) from raw high-EC levels down to the low-EC thresholds required by hydroponic and horticultural buyers. We can process husk-sourced cocopeat to any EC specification — suitable for sensitive crops and premium growing media markets.

Natural sun drying leverages tropical climate conditions to bring cocopeat and coconut by-products to optimal moisture levels. Our open-air drying yards are designed for consistent airflow and uniform exposure, ensuring each batch meets the moisture spec required for compression or direct export.

Compression
Hydraulic compression presses densify dried and washed cocopeat into compact, export-ready blocks. Available in 650 g, 5 kg, and custom weight formats depending on buyer requirements and shipping logistics. Blocks are wrapped and strapped for long-haul container transport, maintaining shape and quality in transit.
